Wisconsin Prodigy Basketball
Wisconsin Prodigy Basketball is committed to providing the highest level of basketball training to help youth basketball players take their game to their next level. Our mission, vision, and values were established in 1995 by Cheryl Mohr, who ran the longest running AAU basketball program in Wisconsin from 1995-2022. Wisconsin Prodigy Basketball is a continuation of what she built and represents the next chapter in a 30-year history.
A niche in off-season basketball has been created and this is where we operate and continue to give each player an opportunity to reach their next level of play with our teams, practices, skills and drills, camps, and individual workout plans. All of this has and will continue to deliver one of the best player-development programs in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin Prodigy Basketball is the future of what was built in 1995. We are committed to staying true to the core mission, vision, and values that made our past successful and our future bright.
Wisconsin Prodigy Mission
Our mission is to help each player reach their next level of play.
Our focus is on development. Individual and team development will breed success. We guarantee improvement through implementation of our skills training, equal playing time (middle school and below), rotation of starters, and individual workout programs. We hold our players accountable and show them the path to success on and off the court.
Wisconsin Prodigy Vision
Better your best but never arrive
In other words, work to be better than the day before but never be satisfied. Our vision is to challenge our staff to help each player reach their next level. Coaches and players in the Prodigy organization will work everyday to become best they can be and never rest on their accomplishments. An individual is either getting better or worse, they never stay the same. Set a goal and when that goal is accomplished, set another.
Wisconsin Prodigy Values
Faith, Family, School, Basketball
This is the foundation on which Wisconsin Prodigy is founded and run. Every decision we make is based on these values. We focus on these values and partner with our families as boys become men and girls become women. We want each participant of Wisconsin Prodigy to find balance of these four values and become a productive member of society by cultivating leadership, discipline, and integrity.
